KisanAI Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Kisan Life / KisanAI account and its data. Our team verifies every request before deleting, so nothing is wiped by accident.
What gets deleted
- Profile information — name, email, phone, village/location, language
- Khet & Fasal records — fields, crops, schedules, health logs
- Kharcha, Amdani & Lenden entries, budgets and reports
- Udhar / loans and repayment records
- Pashu & Doodh logs, animal health records
- Employee / Mazdoor, family, Patni karobar and SHG records
- Uploaded bills, crop/animal photos and SARA AI chat history
What may be retained
Limited information may be kept where required by law or for security — for example login/security logs, records needed for tax, audit or dispute resolution, and backups that expire on their normal cycle (up to 90 days). Retained data is not used for any other purpose.
Delete only some data?
You can delete individual entries (crops, expenses, loans, animals etc.) anytime inside the app. Before deleting your account, you can download a backup from Settings.
